3634475 - Joule prompt use case is not working in offboarding - Onboarding

Joule use case is not giving the expected results in Offboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the system.
2. Go to offboarding dashboard > Joule
3. Attempt to ask the prompt "view offboarding task" or "view my pending offboarding task".
4. Observe the error message: "I am sorry but I currently don't have the capability to view or manage pending offboarding tasks."

SAP Work Zone is not enabled.
