3634504 - FI-CA: SEPA Mandate Validity and Closure of Mandate no longer in Use

Symptom

  • During archiving, the residence days are checked against the entry date of the SEPA mandate.
  • The check should be against the last usage date of the mandate.
  • The collection agreement stipulates that the mandate is to be retained for a period of at least 14 months after the expiry, calculated from the submission date of the last direct debit collected.
