3634589 - Synchronization Failure: "Two different CP linked to the same employee (P-CP,CP-BP)" Error in Employee–Business Partner Integration

Symptom

When running employee–Business Partner synchronization (for example, via program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE), the following error is displayed in SLG1:

Employee : Two different CP linked to the same employee (P-CP,CP-BP). Message No. /SHCM/EMPLOYEE_BL100

As a result, the synchronization fails and corresponding Business Partner roles (e.g., BUP003) are not updated for the concerned employee.
