Symptom
System overwrites ratings that were provided by Manager users in 'In Progress' Calibration Sessions where ratings are based on Employee Profile.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 2505
Reproducing the Issue
- Activate a Calibration Session, where the ratings are based on Employee Profile.
- Submit ratings as a Manager user in the Session and save the changes.
- Observe that after some time the ratings get overwritten with other values than what was provided by the Manager users.
Cause
'Show In-Progress Calibration Ratings In Live Profile' option is not enabled in Provisioning, and the new Session is using the same Date Range as other Sessions from previous years.
Resolution
In order to see ratings that are submitted while the Calibration Session is 'In Progress' state, enable the 'Show In-Progress Calibration Ratings In Live Profile' in Provisioning.
As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner or SuccessFactors Product Support to implement the fix.
If the same date range is being used in several Calibration Sessions, the ratings that were submitted in the previous Sessions can overwrite the ratings in the new Session that is in 'In Progress' state. To avoid this, use different date ranges when calibrating separate performance periods.
