3634803 - Change of List Price made in a Sales Order Item does not reflect on the already existing Not Invoice Time and Expense.

You have changed the List Price of a Sales Order item, but when checking the associated Not Invoiced Time Entries, this change is not visible.

4. Go to Item tab and select the Item linked with a Project 123
5. Change the List price value and click Save.

4. Click  Edit Time and Expenses
5. From here you can find the entry linked with the Sales Order, but the List Price has not been updated.

This is the expected system behavior.

Changes to the List Price of a Sales Order item may not automatically reflect in Not Invoiced Time and Expense entries associated with a Project. Here's why:

1. Time and Expense Entries: When employees or project team members enter time or expenses against a project, the system typically captures the List Price in the Sales Order at that point in time. 

2. Price Changes: When you change the List Price of an item in the Sales Order, this update affects future Time Entries. However, historical time and expense entries that were already recorded before the price change will not automatically be updated with the new List Price.

3. Invoicing: When it comes to invoicing time and expenses, the system generally uses the List Price that were in effect at the time the entries were created. This ensures that the invoicing process accurately reflects the agreed-upon List Price for the services already provided.

If you need the new List Price to reflect on existing but not yet invoiced Time and Expense entries, you may need to manually adjust those entries: 

Follow these steps:

1. Work Center Project Management
2. Not Invoice Time and Expenses View
3. Search the Project 123
4. Click  Edit Time and Expenses
5. Select the line for which the List Price was changed.
6. Remove the Product and add it again: it will appear with the updated Price.
7. Save.
