3634830 - Users are not being charged for learning classes

Symptom

Users are not being charged for classes and their history records show no User Cost for the event.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set up a class with price >
  2. As a user, self-register into the class >
  3. Once the completion is recorded, observe that no price is charged for the user under Manage User Learning > Edit Learning History > User Costs.

Cause

The 'User Costs' value refers to extra costs added by an admin and is not related to the class price.

Resolution

Check the 'Registration Financial Details' tab in the class record to confirm the amount charged for each user.
