3634849 - Assignment Basis field is not working as expected

Field Assignment Basis is not working as expected, impacting the calculation in Variable Pay worksheet.

1. Under "Set Bonus Calculation" you have "Configure Basis amount as Employment history from Employee Central or Imported column from Employee History file (default)" and "Bonus target "%" field mapping in job/comp info" mapped to a percent field

       2. Import Employee History

       3. Run Bonus Calculation

       4. Launch the forms

       5. See that Assignment Basis is calculating as if the bonus target % was 100, but in the employee’s profile the field is blank

When the field Basis Pct is mapped to "Bonus Target", than numeric values must be maintained for "Bonus Target". It can be adjusted to 0, but can't be null/empty. 

The field must be manually adjusted, or via Import to Employee Central.
