3634943 - Changes are not applied on target system / open dependencies error when using Adapt UI feature - SAP S/4HANA OP/Private Cloud

• Changes are not applied on target system/client after transporting from source system/client.
• Trying to Adapt the UI of an application but facing the following error message:
  "Error during execPromiseQueueSequentially processing occurred: The following change cannot be applied: id_xxxxx_addFields. This is due to the following open dependencies: id_xxxxxx_splitField, id_xxxx_addFields."
  Or similar error:
  An error has occurred. Please contact SAP support by opening a ticket for component CA-UI5-FL-RTA. Please include the following technical information in your ticket: Error during execPromiseQueueSequentially processing occurred: The following change cannot be applied: id_xxxxxx__addFields. This is caused by the following open dependencies: id_xxxxxx__moveControls, id_xxxxxx__moveControls, id_xxxxxx__moveControls 
• The set of UI Adaptation versions for the same app on source and target systems/clients are different.
