3635012 - Some activity type could not be seen in routing operation - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Activity type maintained in costing view in work center, but not all activity type are copied when adding corresponding work center to routing operation.

The number of activity type copied to work center related to key(parameter) assigned to standard value key under Basic Data view in work center.

In SSCUI 102003-Define Standard Value Key,  assign different key(parameter) to standard value key according to requirement.
