3635018 - Failed requests in posting /clearing applications to public URL-s

Posting or clearing  is working with non-public URL and not working with public URL.

Although the label (text) for a field is displayed in posting apps like Post General Journal Entries, the UI does not offer the opportunity to give any values to that field (no box is available). So, only the header of the field is displayed.
