3635038 - Missing Transform Log in plan data model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• After saving a new import model, data has to be transformed by concatenating columns. Later transformation is closed and saved.
• Unable to find the transformation log (Script disappears)

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.12

This behaviour is by design.

• This is the expected behaviour when transforming data of the fact table inside the modeler. There the transformation is a one time operation and then on saving the change it is all done. 
• Once the user saves the change and back to the main modeler UI, the transformation is no longer relevant. The next time user clicks the transform button, it will open a new "session"; what the user has done previously will not be carried forward between sessions.
