3635041 - Objects could not be included in a change request due to transport target is not properly assigned

Symptom

During the implementation of the Note, a pop up window occurs "Objects could not be included in a change request". (Message no. SCWN064)

In the Note log, there is following entry:

Request <TR number> does not have transport target <transport group name>

Environment

This applies to all ABAP systems using transaction SNOTE.
