3635077 - Expected competency ratings are visible in performance forms

Symptom

Expected ratings are visible in performance forms in the competency section, even though performance template is configured to hide expected competency ratings with this setting:

show-comp-expected-rating="false"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 2505

Reproducing the Issue

Open a performance form that was launched from the template where show-comp-expected-rating="false" is set.
See that the Expected Rating is visible in the Competency section.

Cause

The form has the show-comp-expected-rating="true" settings because the form was launched before the XML change happened in the template.

Resolution

XML level changes won't take affect on live/completed forms.

This means that it is always necessary to launch new forms after making alterations the template XML in order to test the modifications.
