3635128 - No validation for Attribute Type Plural unique label in Talent Intelligence Hub

Symptom

When changing the name of an Attribute Type Plural to non unique label, no validation error occurs in Talent Intelligence Hub, this is different from a Singular label.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Talent Intelligence Hub and edit the Attribute Type.
  2. Attempt to change the plural name of an attribute type to an existing attribute type name, so it will not be unique.
  3. Observe that no validation error occurs.
  4. If you will change the singular name to a non-unique one, the validation error will appear.

Resolution

This is the current expected behaviour: there is no validation for plural names of attribute types in Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH).
