Symptom

Customer would like to know how to import custom logo to their system which should be visible next to the enterprise search.

Reproducing the Issue

Attempt to upload a custom logo to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition production system.

Resolution

In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, it is not possible to customize the Fiori Launchpad header via the standard configuration tools.

This restriction exists because:

The Fiori Launchpad layout and shell renderer in Public Cloud are managed by SAP and cannot be altered through traditional theming or branding extensions like in on-premise systems. SAP Public Cloud prioritizes uniform UI/UX and lifecycle stability across updates. The adding logo could be mixed up while using the search, making UI not readable.
