3635210 - Deleted task list operation does not have PLPO-LOEKZ marked

Symptom

When an operation of a task list is deleted, the routing operation table PLPO deletion indicator field(PLPO-LOEKZ) is not marked however the operation is deleted from the task list in t-code CA02/CA03.
