3635228 - 'Edit performance goals' use case doesn't work in Joule

Symptom

Joule doesn't show selectable options, when requested to change a goal and does not tell the user what can be updated for performance goals.

When the user wants to modify a goal or asks what can be updated, Joule responds with the same statement/question multiple times. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals 2505

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to edit a performance goal using Joule.
  2. Request to change a goal's name.
  3. See that Joule responds with the same statement/question multiple times.
  4. Ask what can be updated for performance goals.
  5. See that Joule responds with the same statement/question multiple times.

Cause

A read-only goal plan is selected as default goal plan.

Resolution

Set another default goal plan that is currently not in read-only state in order to be able to edit performance goals.

Please note that users need the necessary goal plan permissions to edit goals.
