3635284 - Review new hire data selecting the wrong hire template - Onboarding

The onboarding process is selecting the wrong hire template in the step of Review New Hire Data.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate the onboarding process.
2. Proceed to the Review New Hire Data step.
3. Observe that the wrong hire template is selected

The candidate did not match any condition on the rule for Review New Hire Data template selection, resulting in not getting the correct template.

Follow the steps to make sure the correct template is selected.

1. Ensure that the rule for hire template selection includes a final "else" condition to handle cases where the candidate does not match any specific condition.
2. Restart the onboarding task after updating the rule.
3. Use rule trace with BPE service user to monitor and verify the conditions and template selection.

If the rule has no match (no else at the end) it will randomly select a hire template from system.
