3635406 - Error when updating benefit enrollment records with a past date using benefits jobs

When trying to update enrollments to a past date the error "The enrollment record is not processed because there are enrollment records dated after the evaluation date. You should adjust the records manually by inserting a record on and adjusting the future enrollment records from."

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Go to Manage Data > Create new >Evaluate Eligibility Based on Benefit Master Data Change 
2. Fill all the fields making sure that the Evaluation Date is past dated 
3. Save
4. Once the job is completed you can see the error "The enrollment record is not processed because there are enrollment records dated after the evaluation date. You should adjust the records manually by inserting a record on and adjusting the future enrollment records from."

Currently this kind of update is not supported. 

In order to proceed you will need to follow the recommendation from the error message to adjust the records manually by inserting a record.
