Symptom

  1.  BF00196 'Invalid character "," in text &'  displays in the F110 log. 
  2. Payment file creation fails in F110 and in FDTA transaction using format JP_ZENGINKYO or program RFFOJP_T.
  3. Comma ',' is identified as an invalid character.
