3635503 - Forwarded candidate status not automatically moving to hired after manage pending hires workflow approval - Recruiting Management

• Forwarded Candidate status does not automatically move to "Hired" after the Manage Pending Hires workflow is approved.
• The issue occurs even when onboarding tasks are completed.
• Candidates remain in the "Ready to Hire" status despite workflow completion.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Forwarded Candidate transitions from Recruiting Management (RCM) to Onboarding (ONB).
2. Onboarding tasks are completed.
3. Candidate moves to Manage Pending Hires (MPH), where the workflow is initiated and approved.
4. This Candidate status does not automatically update to "Hired" in Recruiting Management.

Candidates have been forwarded but hasn't actually applied 

This is expected. Candidates do not automatically move to "Hired" status simply by being forwarded if they have not applied.

The candidate's status updates generally require manual action to update the status to Hired.

Automatic status changes to "Hired" typically occur only after specific recruitment workflow steps have been completed, including the candidate applying.
