Symptom

The scope of check values are missing via below customizing node: 

Maintenance and Service Processing
 -> Maintenance and Service Orders
   -> Functions and Settings for Order Types
      - > Availability Check for Materials, PRTs and Capacities
          * Scope of Check 

Or use customizing transaction OPJJ.

In most of case, it happens system upgrade to S4 HANA 2023 release.
