3635579 - Unable to Hire/Rehire an Employee to Certain Organizational Unit Due to Error "Selected organizational unit not valid on hire date"

Error "Selected organizational unit not valid on hire date" when hiring/rehiring an employee to certain organizational unit.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center -> Regular Tasks view. 
2. Select the country where the employee to be hired/rehired.
3. Input/select the employee ID.
4. Input/select the organizational unit ID that required to assign to the employee.
5. Error: "Selected organizational unit not valid on hire date."

The hire/rehire date is before the valid from date of the organizational unit.

Hiring/rehiring the employee to an organizational unit which valid from date is before the hire/rehire date of the employee is needed.

In case there is a need to assign the employee to the organizational unit which is not valid yet on the employee's hire/rehire date, firstly assign the employee to another valid organizational unit, then transfer the employee to the required organizational unit on the valid from date.
