3635583 - "To Be Hired" flag is not reset when user is hired via Job Info import

"To Be Hired" (TBH) status adaptation does not take place when user is hired via Job Info import. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Position Management

1. Configure the "To Be Hired" status adaptation settings in Position Management Settings.
2. Perform a full purge import of a hire record through the Job Information import process without changing the position.
3. Observe that the "To Be Hired" field in the Position does not update automatically as expected.

This is expected behavior. Performing a job info import without Position change will not lead to TBH adaptation. TBH adaptation will only take place if the Position changes.

The "To Be Hired" (TBH) status adaptation does not occur during a full purge import of a hire record because the system does not recognize this as a Position change.
