3635592 - Attachments autosaved in External Candidate Profile

When an external candidate creates an account and uploads a resume without clicking the save button or filling in other mandatory fields, the resume still gets saved and reflects in external candidate profile in SuccessFactors end.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the external career site.
2. Click on the "Create Account" button.
3. Enter the required details such as First Name, Last Name, Email, and Country.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the "Create" button.
5. Upload attachments (e.g., CV, motivation letter) without filling in other mandatory fields or pressing the "Save" button.
6. Confirm that the attachments are saved in the system despite not completing the mandatory fields or saving the profile.

This is an expected behavior.

Attachments uploaded by the candidate are saved immediately without requiring the completion of mandatory fields or pressing the "Save" button.This behavior is documented in the Recruiting Management (RCM) guide, which confirms that attachments are saved immediately upon upload.
