Resolution
Currently, there is not an Odata API which can retrieve candidates that are in Manage Pending Hires from Recruiting.
To request an improvement for Recruiting Management, it is recommended to submit it as an enhancement idea to the Customer Influence page. This platform enables users to vote for each other's ideas, post comments, and receive direct feedback from the Product Management team.
