3635600 - Transaction upload error due to incorrect cell format in SAP Incentive Management

Symptom

Transaction upload fails in GCP environment for orderid. Error message: "Import failed with error: class java.lang.String cannot be cast to class java.math.BigDecimal (java.lang.String and java.math.BigDecimal are in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')."
