3635601 - Cannot update partner function via IDOC SHP_OBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL or SHP_OBDLV_CHANGE due to error VP107

Symptom

  • The partner function in the delivery header (VBPA table) cannot be updated via IDoc SHP_OBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL or SHP_OBDLV_CHANGE.
  • Error message: "FB call: insufficient parameters" (Message No. VP107).
  • In some cases, the IDoc is processed successfully without error, but no partner update occurs.
