3635909 - MDG not updating MRP view field post SAP S/4Hana upgrade

After the SAP upgrade, updating the backflush indicator under the MRP view does no update the backend tables after change request activation.
MDG change documents indicate that the Backflush indicator is updated, but the changes are not reflected in the MARC table or at the material level in the MRP view.
The issue did not occur prior to the upgrade.
