3635917 - Unable to update pricing conditions of sales orders

• It is not possible to update the pricing condition for partially invoiced or dispatched sales orders using the 'Mass Change of Sales Documents' or 'List of Sales Orders - VA05' apps.
• 'Update' button on the item conditions screen is greyed out in Change Sales Orders app (VA02).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to 'Mass Change of Sales Documents' or 'List of Sales Orders - VA05' app
2. Access the sales order
3. Attempt to update the pricing condition
4. The button 'Update' is greyed out and the system does not allow updates

The sales order has been invoiced.

Cancel the existing billing document for the sales order then update the price in the sales order item conditions screen using "Update" button via Change Sales Orders app (VF02).
