3635961 - Only One Relationship button is greyed out for Business Partner 2

For Custom Relationship ZABC (where ZABC is the custom code), the toggle button "Only One Relationship" for Business Partner 2 is greyed out. Whereas for Business Partner 1 it is enabled.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration > Overview.
2. Search for General Business Partner.
3. Click on Maintain Relationships hyperlink.
4. Find the desired relationship, for example ZABC.
5. Under Business Partner 2, the "Only One Relationship" button is greyed out and cannot be used.
6. While for the Business Partner 1, it can be used.

Business Partner 1 is considered as the source of the relationship whereas the Business Partner 2 is considered the "recipient" of the relationship, and this is configured based on how the relationship type is defined from BP1 to BP2, not the reverse.

In SAP C4C, the relationship definitions are typically made from the perspective of BP1. Hence, it is only supported the feature being used in BP1 where a cardinality restriction is performed for BP2 of the relationship.

This is the system expected behavior.
