3635985 - Unable to find candidates and remove them from Onboarding end - Onboarding

• Candidates were inadvertently added to Onboarding, which is not yet in production.
• The Onboarding records for these candidates cannot be canceled manually.
• Unable to find and purge the candidates from Onboarding and update their status in Recruiting.
• Process trigger is missing for the Applicant ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Onboarding.
2. Attempt to cancel the onboarding records for the candidates in Onboarding.
3. Observe that the records cannot be found in Onboarding and canceled manually.

• The process trigger object for the affected candidates is missing, preventing the onboarding process from being completed or canceled.
• Process trigger is missing for the Applicant ID.

1. Navigate to the Check Tool
2. Choose Validation tab
3. Select Application: Onboarding
4. Use the "Process trigger object exists for the new hire (ONB2CheckProcessTriggerObjectExists)" validation to identify errors for the affected candidates.
5. Apply the Quick Fix provided by the Check Tool to resolve the errors.
6. Verify that the candidates' "Onboarding Initiation Status" are updated in Recruiting to "Cancelled."
