Symptom

Single Sign-On login redirects to SAP Netweaver.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

For Single Sign On Users;

  1. Launch SAP ByDesign in the browser.
  2. System redirects to SAP Netweaver login.

Cause

The User's e-mail address is also used by another User.

Resolution

  • All Business Users should have unique e-mail addresses maintained. This e-mail address cannot be maintained for another Business User.

  • All Business Users should have non-generic e-mail addresses maintained. Common freely available e-mail services such as G-Mail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. should not be used.
