It's not clear about the logic of currency conversion for activity allocation regarding CO object currency.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The basic information about currency exchange is explained in Note 2930207.
The logic for CO object currency is different.
Resolution
In Public Cloud, the currency exchange is by default according to below settings:
Exchange Rate Type: M
Date: The first day in the month of Posting Date (Journal Entry)
Source Currency: Transaction Currency
