3636178 - Error "factory calendar id is not valid" and "invoice list sched. is not valid" when saving data in invoice list schedule in manage business partner app

Symptom

  • Saving data in the Invoice List Schedule results in the error: "Factory Calendar ID XX is not valid".
  • Saving data in the Invoice List Schedule results in the error: "Invoice List Sched. XX is not valid".

Environment

S/4 HANA Public Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Please follow the below steps for a workaround:

  1. Open the "Manage Customer Master Data" application.
  2. Select the relevant customer.
  3. Navigate to the "Sales Area & Billing" section.
  4. Select an entry from the F-Help for the field "Invoice List Schedule" and apply it.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Observe the following errors:
  • "Factory Calendar ID XX is not valid".
  • "Invoice List Sched. XX is not valid".

A permanent fix will be provided during Production upgrade HotFix 04 for release on the 14.08.25.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Open the "Maintain Business Partner" application.
  2. Select the relevant customer.
  3. Open the "Customer Role FLCU01 Customer & Billing" section.
  4. Use the F-Help to fill the field "Invoice List Schedule".
  5. Save the changes.
