• Applicable only for DC23 customers that are being migrated to DC82.

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Updates needed in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone post DC23 to DC82 migration

[1] Create new OAuth Client in SuccessFactors. Guide-> Create an OAuth Client in SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal 

[2] Copy the API Key from the client created above.

[3] Go to your BTP Subaccount: Connectivity -> Destinations -> Edit the 'SuccessFactors_API' destination

Update 'URL' field- change the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com) to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2215682)
Update 'Token Service URL' field- change only the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com) part to the corresponding URL for DC82. The rest of the URL should not be changed.
Update 'Client Key' field- paste the api key from step 2.
Update 'apiKey' field- paste the api key from step 2.

[4] Go to your BTP Subaccount: Connectivity -> Destinations -> Edit the 'Learning_API' destination

Update 'URL' field- If it has the Learning URL, no change needed. If it has the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com), change it to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2215682)
Update 'Token Service URL' field- change only the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com) part to the corresponding URL for DC82. The rest of the URL should not be changed.
Update 'Client Key' field- paste the api key from step 2.
Update 'apiKey' field- paste the api key from step 2.

[5] Go to your BTP Subaccount: Connectivity -> Destinations -> Edit the 'SF_Host' destination

Update 'URL' field- change the application server URL to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2089448)

[6] Go to your BTP Subaccount: Connectivity -> Destinations -> Edit the 'SFSF_CDM_DT_Basic' destination

Update 'URL' field- change only the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com) part to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2215682). The rest of the URL should not be changed.

[7] Go to your BTP Subaccount: Connectivity -> Destinations -> Edit the 'SFSF_CDM_RT' destination

Update 'URL' field- change the application server URL to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2089448)

[8] In Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), the SuccessFactors Source System for Work Zone. 

Update 'URL' field- change only the API Server URL (e.g. apixx.sapsf.com) part to the corresponding URL for DC82 (KBA 2215682). The rest of the URL should not be changed.
