3636385 - Inteligent Service Center Events Not Triggered

• Integration Service Center event was not triggered between a period.
• Message "There is no event raised for this timeframe. Please choose another timeframe".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center

2. Navigate to Intelligent Services Center

3. Select a specific event

4. Check the Event Monitor

5. Notice the lack of data and the following message: "There is no event raised for this timeframe. Please choose another timeframe".

The event did not trigger because Intelligent Services was not properly enabled in the system during the observed period.
If Intelligent Services is enabled via Provisioning instead of Upgrade Center, key dependencies are not activated, which may cause event-based integrations to fail.

Intelligent Services must be enabled via the Upgrade Center, not via Provisioning.

Enabling it through Provisioning skips important dependencies that are critical for the proper functioning of event triggers.

Ensure that the feature is not checked on Provisioning
