Symptom

  • The heuristic deletes unfixed orders during the planning execution.
  • The system does not recreate the deleted receipt, even when heuristic settings are configured to reuse receipt elements.
  • The issue occurs when there is no demand to justify the existence of the already created unfixed receipt.
