3636435 - Some users who log into the system are not able to change the processor for Closing Cockpit activities

Symptom

Some users who log into the system are not able to change the processor for Closing Cockpit activities. The field processor is grey out.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to General Ledger work center.
  2. Go to Closing Cockpit view.
  3. Click the corresponding title's link to enter.
  4. The Processor field is grey out and can't be edited.

Cause

The user who logs into the system is neither the creator nor responsible employee for this Closing-Cockpit Activity.

Resolution

This is the standard behavior of the system.

The person who created Closing-Cockpit Activity and Responsible-Employee both can change the Processor of any Step of the Closing-Cockpit Activities.
