Symptom
Elements in the career site such as Images /redirection links are duplicated when CSS styling is removed.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental

Reproducing the Issue
- In the careers website >> open Developer Tools, or right-click on the webpage and select "Inspect".
- Locate the CSS file(s) applied to the webpage.>> Disable the CSS
- Reload the page to observe the duplicate elements.
Cause
WCAG 1.3.2 does not explicitly mention the requirement of supporting when CSS fails to download.
Resolution
The engineering team has confirmed that this is expected behavior and does not constitute a valid accessibility issue.
WCAG Guideline 4.1.1 Parsing, which was initially cited, is now obsolete and has been removed from WCAG.
