3636523 - TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob Error - Error occurred. java.util.NoSuchElementException: No value present

Symptom

TIH upgrade failed with below error:

Current state is CoC to TiH Data Migration Initiated as a separate job, please search with job name TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob at location Admin Center > Schedule Job Manager, please look for next latest job with type WSMMigrationJob latest further status

When checking the TiH-CoCToTiHMigrationJob , below error shows up:

Error occurred. java.util.NoSuchElementException: No value present

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligent hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to schedule job manager 
  2. Search for the job "Job for Talent intelligent hub"
  3. check for view details
  4. search for the job "Migrate capabilities data to Talent Intelligence Hub"
  5. Error shows up "Error occurred. java.util.NoSuchElementException: No value present "

Cause

JPB to TIH Data Migration is failed with no value present when fetching default locale.

Resolution

Ensure to check en_US locale was maintained for all Capability Categories. If not maintain them manually and re-trigger the TIH upgrade.
