3636533 - Delegation of performance forms - employee selection unavailable due to pending job information

• Employee selection is not possible in the Employee Selection step Delegation Management when there is pending Job Info on the subject employee.
• The issue occurs specifically when the pending Job Info is set to take effect the next day.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Delegation Management
2. Select a delegator and proceed to Employee Selection step of the delegation process.
3. Ensure that the subject employee has pending Job Info with an effective date set to the next day.
4. Attempt to select the subject employee in Employee Selection step of the delegation process.
5. Observe that the subject employee is not available for selection.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).
