3636541 - SAP S/4HANA: Resolving ABAP Runtime Error "ASSERTION_FAILED" in incorrect Decentralized ASR Scenario

When executing SAP standard transaction codes VL10* or VL06* after upgrading the system to S/4HANA 2023, an ABAP runtime error occurs with the message "ASSERTION_FAILED". The dump appears to be triggered by the TM integration logic, specifically from the EWM class CL_LE_DECENTRAL_EWM_GTS for the decentralized ASR scenario (term 'CL_LE_DECENTRAL_EWM_GTS' from S/4HANA 2023 SP00). However, the relevant delivery doesn't integrate with TM at all.
