3636542 - Releasing the Production Order Failed; Internal Error in the UEO Client Proxy Environment

Symptom

Below errors occur while releasing a production order with In Preparation Status.

  • Releasing the production order failed.
  • Internal error in the UEO client proxy environment.
  • no sdd items supplied.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Production Control Work Center.
  2. Navigate to the Production Orders View.
  3. Select the "All Production Orders-In Preparation" option.
  4. Select the production order you wish.
  5. Choose the Release button, then the mentioned errors would occur.

Cause

The Logistics Tab in the material master data for the input product(s) is not maintained. This absence of data caused the error during the release process.

Resolution

The production order will be released once the material master data for input products is properly maintained.
