3636545 - App Balance Sheet/Income statement could not display company name longer than 25 characters

Symptom

The app Balance Sheet/Income Statement cannot display company names longer than 25 characters when generating a PDF export.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Open app Balance Sheet/Income Statement.
Generate a report with corresponding filters.
Create PDF Preview.

Resolution

The company code name used in app Balance Sheet/Income statement is the name defined in SSCUI 106039 - Company Code General Ledger View, which supports company text with 25 characters length.

In case more than 25 characters length is required, the best approach is to raise a feature request, see KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2963059.
