3636564 - Link/Map Behaviors in Talent Intelligent Hub

• Unable to link/map behaviors to all attributes in Talent Intelligent hub.
• "Add Behaviors" option missing in skill/custom attributes.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligent Hub

1. Go to Manage Talent Intelligent hub
2. Open an attribute type of custom or skill 
3. Link to add behaviors is not available

Expected behavior.

As of now we can link behaviors only to competency attribute type and not to skill or custom attribute type.

This is expected system design.
