3636579 - Document links not visible in maintenance order or task list in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Attachments with URLs are added to maintenance orders and task lists through data migration but not visible in "Display Maintenance Order" or "Display Task List" applications.
• Users need to click the "Document" button to access the document URLs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Migrate DIR attachments with URLs to a maintenance order.
2. Open the "Change Maintenance Order" application.
3. Observe that the document URLs are not visible on the maintenance order screen.
4. Click on the "Document" button to access the URLs.

Currently, there are no plans for further development of the old maintenance order and task list applications (Web Dynpro apps). The DIR with URL originals can only be displayed from DMS applications, such as "Display Document" (CV03N). Manually specify URL directly in the "Documents" tab in Change Maintenance Order / Change Task List apps also not supported. 

Use Fiori applications for displaying the URL attachments. Recommended applications: "Find Maintenance Orders" and "Find Maintenance Task List", Display Document, CV03N
