3636603 - Operation details missing in output print preview of maintenance order in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Maintenance order operation details are not displayed in the print preview of certain output type, like Job Card.
• The issue is observed for specific maintenance orders whose operations have custom control key assigned.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Change Maintenance Order" app.
2. Enter the maintenance order number.
3. Navigate to "Additional Functions" at the top of the screen and select "Print".
4. In the print pop-up, click on the PDF icon to preview the document.
5. Observe that the operation details are missing from the print preview.

• The custom control key assigned to the operations in the maintenance order has the "Print" option disabled in the configuration activity "Define Control Key" (SSCUI 102001).
• Standard control keys like YBM1 and YBM2 have "Print" option enabled by default.
• The print-related indicators, such as "Print", "Print Confirmation", and "Print Time Tickets", are hidden from end users in the current system design.

• Create a custom control key by copying from standard control keys like YBM1 and YBM2 which have "Print" option enabled.
• Assign the newly created custom control key to the operations in the maintenance order and check print preview.
