• Billing Document Requests (BDRs) are created for billing methods other than Usage Based Billing.

1. Open the Schedule Project Billing Preparation app.
2. Schedule the job with the "Include Usage Based" selection.
3. Check the BDRs being created.

The system behavior is as follows: "With pending project billing requests," billing elements with project billing requests prepared in the Manage Project Billing app will be scheduled for billing document request creation. Project billing requests eligible for approval will be sent to approvers.
