Symptom

  • In the SAP Fiori app "Supervisor Collection Worklist" (F2375), the "Collection Specialist" field displays the correct specialist name for some business partners, while for others, it remains as "Assigned".
  • This issue occurs even though all business partners are assigned to a specialist.
